Google Maps introduces real time reporting for iPhone
Google announces extension of popular feature for drivers to report incidents

Google Maps has added new features to iOS that will enable users to report incidents such as accidents and warn other drivers about traffic jams and speed traps.
In a blog post, Google said the ability for people to report crashes, speed traps and traffic slowdowns has been one of its most popular features on Android, so it is “excited” to be expanding it to iOS.
Google has also introduced the ability to report four new types of incidents including construction, lane closures, disabled vehicles and objects on the road (such as debris) so drivers may know in advance if they will be encountering any of these obstructions. To report an incident, users simply tap on the + sign and then on “Add a report”.
